All sales are final, this pertains to all without expection. All invoices are to be paid upon order placement. Sweet Connie's has the right to refuse service on the basis of non-payment. Cash payments are only accepted at the specified location or event and are not accepted for online or wholesale services. Checks are not accepted.

Return Policy: Aside from shipping items provided at cost, there is no return on food items. Please fully read all provided descriptions or request info through our online chat in order to become better informed before completing payment. Products may contain or have come in contact with certain allergens including: soy, dairy, nuts, wheat, eggs.

Special Offers: Special offers will be honored only during the lifespan of the corresponding event and any attempt to reclaim discounts will be denied. For more information on upcoming events and discounts, subscribe to our newsletter or check the "Sweet News" page regularly.
WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
Payment Terms:
50% due upon order. Remainder due immediately before shipment for nationwide orders, or before delivery for local orders.*

Cancellation Terms:

Orders cancelled less than:
- 10-12 days before order delivery will forfeit 40% of the total order value.
- 7-9 days before order delivery will forfiet 50% of the total order value.
- 0-6 days before order delivery 100% of the total order value.
Shipping Terms:Please provide a 7-day lead time for all wholesale orders. Wholesale shipments will proceed using the most convenient and cost-effective means for the customer and Sweet Connie's. We do not provide express or overnight shipping and aim to have all CONUS product shipments delivered within no more than 5 days of preparation.
Reseller Terms: Resale value should not exceed 50% profit over Sweet Connie's listed online price. If the product in question is not listed online, please request pricing from your customer service representative or pricing will be provided to you during invoice. This also serves as a plus for our consumers who enjoy the best products from around the world to our wholesalers who enjoy well deserved margins because our products are priced in the lower margin but garner above market prices.
